Search our website, choose the hair you like, select the length, colour, and quantity, then add it to your cart. Fill in your shipping address and pay online via Bank Transfer or EFT through Payfast. Once you’ve paid, we’ll process your order, customise the hair, and arrange fast delivery.

If your card can’t pay online, we accept EFT or direct deposits to our account or contact via WhatsApp if uncertain.

After placing an order, allow 2-4 business days for hair customisation. Your order will be shipped on the 5th day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After shipment, you’ll receive tracking details immediately, allowing you to check the parcel’s status and estimated arrival time. Customers typically receive their parcel within 7 to 10 days of placing an order, or even earlier.

We use Postnet (1-3 days) and Pep Paxi (3-5 days) for shipping.

No, we wash and treat the hair during customisation. Your hair comes ready to wear, with no need for an additional wash.

At FemmeLuxury, we sell 100% human hair.

When adding hair to your cart or at checkout, you can choose from a variety of 6 colours: #1B, #4, #4/27, #350, #T1/B, and #99J for an additional R300. Hair comes in black (#1B) unless requested otherwise.

Each purchase comes with a hair care instruction note. Detailed care instructions are also available on our website and Instagram highlights.
